1932 Athletic Index

The 1932 Track and Field season in the world of Frank Wykoff was almost non-existent as he sustained a serious back and hip injury while attempting his hand at Javelin. With hard work and determination he made the 1932 U. S. A. Olympic team; and anchored the 400 Meter Relay team consisting of: Bob Kiesel, Emmett Toppino, and Hector Dyer, and himself. Their strong team effort brought in the Gold on August 7, 1932 for the U.S.A. at the Coliseum in Los Angeles, California.
