Frank Wykoff, you have risen from obscurity in your own home town to a well earned place in the hearts of all America.

Glendale is proud of you.

You return home today.  We know you are the same unspoiled youth who went forth a few short weeks ago to write your name forever in the history of track.

You have set a shining example of the fruits of righteous living -- you have inspired the youth of America in sports -- you have proven that ability still has its reward.

Glendale and America look for even greater things from you.

Welcome home, Frank.

These merchants of Glendale, as representative citizens, sign their names to this page as visible evidence of their admiration and esteem for Frank Wykoff -- and for what he has done for Glendale, for California, and for America.
